Problem Solving...
Subscribers should be aware any usernames and passwords they received before May 2003 are no longer valid. All users should have received an email containing their new login details: if you have not received your login details you can request them from the forgotten password link on the side menu.

Should the forgotten password program not recognise your email address or you have changed your email address recently please email support@dailysportscar.com with your OLD and NEW email addresses so the system can be updated.

A note about the email activation system, every new subscriber will receive an activation email this confirms their email address is real, you will also receive this activation email should you change your contact email address on the account page, clicking the activation link in the email you receive will confirm to us your email address and activate your account.

Renewals and new subscriptions can take up to 2 hours to process, so please be patient before contacting support@dailysportscar.com with any problems regarding a sign up or renewal.

What do I do if I cannot gain access to the member’s area after subscribing?
If you have subscribed or renewed recently but still cannot access the members area please email support@dailysportscar.com quoting the reference number, your email address and the date of your payment from the receipt you received from us.

Your service says my credit card won't go through. What can I do?
For security reasons, the system will allow a credit that has failed to gain approval two attempts in a 24 hour period. The reasons for failed credit cards are numerous and dailysportscar cannot accept responsibility for credit card failures.

Yes, reminder e-mails will be sent to you prior to the end of your subscription period ending.

As per your agreement when you subscribed to dailysportscar, it is the subscribers responsibility to keep member contact information updated. Please visit Your Account on dailysportscar and update where necessary.

If I signup for a year now when will it expire?
When subscribing for a year, the date on which you subscribe is the counter for when your subscription expires. On a yearly subscription, if you joined July 1, 2003 then your subscription would expire June 30, 2004
