Guess Who's Back For Trackspeed At Rockingham?

"Yes I am definitely retiring. With a result like this of course I'm retiring, it can't get any better can it?"

Those are the words of Trackspeed owner and 2010 British GT Champion David Ashburn after his win at Oulton Park on Easter Monday; and with that he hung up his helmet for good and wandered off into the sunset.

"We've got a spare car in the workshop, and he just can't resist!" said Team Manager Keith Cheetham, as he revealed to DSC that the entry for the two hour race at Rockingham in early May will indeed feature 'Ashburn D' next to the #31 Porsche 997 GT3 R; and he will again be joined by Porsche factory driver Nick Tandy, with whom he took the win in Cheshire.

So will we see a fourth (or is it fifth?) retirement announcement after the next round, or does this unofficially signal another attempt at taking a second title?
