Tequila Patron Return As ALMS Sponsor

As ESM Reveal New P2 Livery

Tequila Patrón has confirmed a fourth season as the Presenting Sponsor of the American Le Mans Series with the brand now also shown of course on a pair of P2 class HPDs with their new livery unveiled yesterday.

“Watching those Patrón Ferraris at ALMS races was a spectacular sight, but it will be even more exhilarating to watch the extraordinary power and performance of these new P2 cars,” commented Matt Carroll, Chief Marketing Officer at Patrón Spirits International. “We’re looking forward to our fourth year of sponsoring the American Le Mans Series, and we’re thrilled with ESM’s decision to enter the highly competitive P2 class with HPD as our partner. Most importantly, we can’t wait for fan reaction when they see these impressive Patrón ESM race cars take to the track!”

And the cars will hit the track in a spectacular new livery, designed by ESBG Design.

Both the ESM Honda Performance Development ARX-03b P2 cars are black and feature the Tequila Patrón bottle on the nose.  Emerging from the Tequila Patrón are several Patrón Bees swirling about the cars with a trail of lime green. The lime green paint on the car is reflective, so both racing machines will pop under the lights at the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Fueled by Fresh from Florida next week.

“Our Tequila Patrón livery has excited all of us the last few years... but I can’t put into words the new ARX-03b P2 car!” said Team Owner Scott Sharp.

“Shocking, electrifying, stunning... are just a few words that come to mind.

“I want to thank the guys at ESBG Design for their efforts. Each year we challenge them to create a livery that represents both ESM and Patrón. They’ve out-done themselves this year in showcasing the Patrón brand in new and bold ways.”
