Change to Le Mans Driver Line-up for Greaves Motorsport

Greaves Motorsport has announced that Christian Zugel has been forced to withdraw from the 2013 Le Mans 24 Hours, due to family and business commitments. He plans to rejoin the team later in the season.

The team has though confirmed that GP2 standout and current Caterham F1 reserve driver Alexander Rossi will join Tom Kimber-Smith and Eric Lux in the #41 Greaves Motorsport Zytek Z11SN Nissan.

Rossi holds an enviable record as a race winner in every single seater category that he competed in and was the 2008 Formula BMW World Champion.

Team Manager, Jacob Greaves. “We are sorry to lose Christian from our Le Mans lineup, he has been an integral part of the team over the past two seasons and brings many elements from his business world that have helped us. We are fortunate to have signed a driver of Alexander’s calibre and we are confident that we can combine our strengths to challenge for the LM P2 class victory at 90th Anniversary Le Mans 24 Hours.”
