Dyson And Marsal Join Kimber Smith For Silverstone

In Greaves Zytek Nissan

Greaves Motorsport regular lead driver Tom Kimber Smith will be joined by none other than Chris Dyson and sometime Dyson Racing team-mate Michael Marsal for the first round of the 2013 FIA WEC at Silverstone in a fortnight's time.

This will be Chris Dyson's second start at Silverstone in a Zytek after contesting the Le Mans Series race in 2004 in the factory car which started from overall pole position.

Greaves themselves set class pole in LMP2 last year and will be looking to show similar pace this year too.

Michael Marsal will be making his European racing debut but raced in 2012 in a Dyson Lola Mazda LMP1 in the ALMS.  he scored a class win in the #20 car around the streets of Baltimore alongside Greaves' 2013 Sebring pilot Eric Lux.

Team Manager, Jacob Greaves:

“Without doubt this has been our toughest year to find drivers and sponsors, a reflection of the state of the world’s economy. The Team has already enjoyed success at Sebring scoring a strong podium finish. We have had to juggle our driver line up as some drivers have other commitments but we are very pleased with the outcome for the rest of the season.”
