LMP1 LMP1 sees a true clash of the titans - Three factory Audi R15 Plus vs a trio of Factory Peugeots (plus the Oreca 908). All the named factory drivers are on parade too - this one will surely show up some relative form for the big one in June! LM GT1 One entry in France becomes seven in Belgium as several of the teams fulfil their obligation to enter an LMS round ahead of Le Mans. Whether we see any of them again in the Series remains to be seen! Matech field both of their GT1 Ford GTs, Natacha Gachnang unsurprisingly not listed though after her accident in Abu Dhabi. No news yet of any further entry list withdrawals that would give the second Matech Ford a confirmed entry. Just one Luc Alphand Corvette (and only two drivers) despite a pair of entries for Le Mans. LM GT2
The GT2 entry is a familiar one to anyone who watched Round One of the Series but with three additions. Competitively the most significant is the second Schnitzer BMW M3, Andy Priaulx and Dirk Muller aboard the #79 car. JWA are back, not with the Aston Martin they hoped to field for a full season but with loyal cusromer, Paul Daniel's Porsche, the Englishman sharing the 997 with Oskar Slingerland. Last time out the Daniels Porsche was fielded by Prospeed, and the Belgian team add a second Porsche to their line-up on home ground.
