FIA GT, Silverstone – Race Morning
It’s Horrible Weather Here

Low cloud and a steady drizzle, plus wind, makes Silverstone a less than joyous place this morning – but warm up has taken place, and that fast group (minus Bouchut / Maassen) from qualifying has been joined by the two Vitaphone MC12s. Apparently Andrea Bertolini in #1 was on slicks in qualifying, and a new rule means that if a car comes into pit lane during the first five minutes of the session and changes tyres, it loses all its times up to that point.

It’s all rather confusing though, as the pit lane was officially closed..
