Grand-Am, Rolex 24 At Daytona - By The Numbers

It’s a record equalling 5th win at the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona for Scott Pruett

Five victories too for Chip Ganassi Racing on their tenth anniversary at the race.

It’s a third win for Juan Pablo Montoya and for Scott Dixon too with a win on his debut at the race for Charlie Kimball.

It’s a ninth consecutive win for Riley DP chassis and a second for a Riley BMW combo (the third BMW powered overall victory ever)

It was the first podium finish for the Corvette DP and a second consecutive podium finish (following last years win – for Michael Shank Racing)

Audi’s first win at the Rolex 24 also provides the first race win in the debut race for the #24 Weathertech AJR Audi.

It’s a 1,2 for the R8 Grand-Am too with the first podium finish here for APR Motorsport and for the Ferrari 458 and AIM Autosport.

The three factory supported Audis ran 1,2,3 only in the final 5 minutes, until the #13 RumBum car ran out of fuel.

It’s a first Rolex watch win here too for all four of the driving squad for #24: Oliver Jarvis, Felipe Albequerque, Dion von Moltke and Eduardo Mortara.

Dion von Moltke adds a Rolex 24 Hours title to his 2012 GTC title at Sebring, both for AJR.
