Le Mans Series Calendar Not Yet Announced...
After the announcement in China of the FIA World Endurance Championship Patrick Peter told DSC that the 2012 Le Mans Series calendar was set to be announced this Tuesday, possibly Wednesday.
We are unsure why the calendar hasn’t been announced as planned, but with dates now popping up on circuit websites and in other media as well there is no point in holding back the venues and dates for our readers.

1 April - Le Castellet 20 May - Zolder 15 July - Donington 9 September - Brno November - Portimao
Portimao is back on the Le Mans Series calendar, after being replaced by Estoril this season. The race at the Algarve circuit is set to take place in early November, but the exact date has not been confirmed yet by either party.
No clashes with the American Le Mans Series or FIA World Endurance Championship races means teams and drivers that want to run in both series, like Greaves Motorsport, will have a chance to do so.
