They certainly aren’t cars sourced via Pratt & Miller, so that leaves the six cars (of eight built) in Europe, by no means all of which are raceable or in an appropriate spec. We’ll find out in a week’s time when the cars are scrutineered in Abu Dhabi ahead of the opening round of the Championship. Neither Corvette team has yet announced its driver line-up but reports suggest that one of the cars will be driven in Abu Dhabi by Mike Hezemans and Nick Catsburg with Hezemans sharing the same car at Zolder with Anthony Kumpen. Alexander Negrao is set to race one of the other Vettes in Abu Dhabi. |
