Greaves Motorsport Revise LMS and Le Mans 24 Hours Driver Line Ups

Greaves Motorsport have announced that Tom Kimber-Smith will join the team for the 2011 Le Mans Series.

Kimber-Smith, 2006 GT2 class winner at Le Mans for Team LNT, replaces Thor-Christian Ebbesvik, who has left the team after a car damaging testing accident at Imola.

Kimber Smith’s first race for Greaves Motorsport will be the 6 Heures du Castellet, held at the Paul Ricard HTTT circuit, on 3 April where he will  share the team’s Zytek Z11SN Nissan with Karim Ojjeh and Gary Chalandon.

And dsc believes that we might soon have news too of Kimber Smith’s appearance in a top class 24 hour race too, though at present he does not figure in Greaves Motorsport’s Le Mans plans.

Very sadly neither does Haruki Kurosawa who has withdrawn from the team’s Le Mans driver line up at the 2011 Le Mans 24 Hours as a direct consequence of the terrible events that have happened in Japan this month.
