FIA GT3, Silverstone - Provisional Entry List
33 Confirmed Entries

The FIA GT3 European Championship kicks off this weekend with two races at Silverstone; with 33 confirmed entries and several more potentially to be added to the mix.

The quality of the entry suggests that this could be the championship's best season yet, with several very interesting new entries and names to add to the established runners.

Chief amongst these are the four Audi R8 LMSs of Phoenix Racing (with Jean-Denis Deletraz and Christopher Haase) and Fischer Racing, who field a brace apiece; Claudia Huertgen in a BMW Alpina B6 GT3; the new Ferrari 430 Scuderia for CRS Racing, Kessel Racing and JMB Racing; Wolfgang Kaufmann in a Calloway Corvette; and Jonathan Cochet in a Reiter Engineering Gallardo. There is also the possibility of the new Jaguar XKR-S making its debut.

Sadly, the series begins with the Ascari brand absent from its ranks.
