Homestead Qualifying
Quick Report

The #58 Brumos Porsche Riley of David Donohue and Darren Law beat off rivals Max Angelelli and Michael Valiante’s SunTrust car for pole position in today’s qualifying session at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Donohue’s fastest time of 1:13.022 was three tenths of a second quicker than the #10 Pontiac Dallara. The Stevenson team has prepared a great car. Robin and I are able to run fast consistent laps and we hope to carry that over tomorrow. It is an all GXP.R front row, a great effort for just our second race with the car.”

The Farnbacher Loles Porsche of Dominik Farnbacher and Dirk Werner took third place in the GT class, agonizingly missing out on a front row place by one hundredth of a second. The official results still show Werner’s team mate as being Curran…
