After a pause of about an hour, racing is set to resume at approx 12 hours 45 minutes - with three yellow flag laps. The track is damp, at least.

Here's the top ten as they pitted at the red flag - with Pontiac ahead in both classes:
1 11 DP Pontiac Riley Milka Duno Patrick Carpentier Darren Manning Ryan Dalziel 353 laps
2 01 DP Lexus Riley Scott Pruett Salvador Duran Juan Pablo Montoya
3 02 DP Lexus Riley Scott Dixon Dan Wheldon Memo Rojas 352
4 10 DP Pontiac Riley Wayne Taylor Max Angelelli Jeff Gordon Jan Magnussen 350
5 59 DP Porsche Riley Hurley Haywood JC France Joao Barbosa Roberto Moreno David Donohue
6 7 DP Pontiac Riley Chris Festa Tomas Enge Christian Montanari Roger Yasukawa Kris Szekeres 348
7 61 DP Lexus Riley Brian Frisselle Mark Wilkins Burt Frisselle David Empringham
8 77 DP Ford Doran Memo Gidley Fabrizio Gollin Michel Jourdain Oriol Servia 347
9 19 DP Ford Crawford Rob Finlay Michael Valiante Bobby Labonte Michael McDowell 342
10 23 DP Porsche Crawford Patrick Long Jorg Bergmeister Romain Dumas 340

But both class leaders pitted before the green, so the Ganassi Rileys were 1-2 in DP, and Leh Keen led GT in #85, from #17 and #07.

It was green flag racing for less than 15 minutes - only until a car spun off at Turn 7, initiating another caution.

Not currently running (not necessarily retired): 39, 72, 16, 58, 82, 57, 45, 3, 15, 28, 46, 08, 21, 24, 86, 52, 48 and 63.

After about 15 minutes, it went green - then yellow almost immediately... Rojas in the #02 Ganassi Riley was the culprit this time, so Dalziel in #11 moves into second, and the SunTrust Riley keeps on moving up - to third now.

Dalziel certainly gained ground in that caution - suddenly only 11 seconds behind Montoya, with Magnussen and Moreno a lap back, but right together. With the track still slippery, Moreno passes Magnussen.

The top three in GT are separated by 16 seconds.

Lap times creep down to just outside two minutes, but with Janos and the team having a rest, it is all but impossible to follow what Alfredo Nin, on the webcast, is talking about - so we'll pause for a while now, with Montoya and Dalziel just a handful of seconds apart, halfway through the fifteenth hour.....
