Three minutes later and the Oreca is back in the pit, it has lost the lead to the Greaves Motorsport Zytek Nissan though.

Battle for GTE Pro second is heating up. Vilander, Holzer, Milner and Melo within 12 seconds of each other.

Meanwhile the #88 has returned to the pit and pushed back into the box.

01:25 Rugolo has pulled out of the fight for second place in GTE Am as his Krohn Racing Ferrari comes to a stop just before the Playstation Chicane.

Rebellions pit,which allows the Pescarolo to move up into sixth place, best of the petrol cars.

Rugolo reported a loss of oil pressure and then the car stopped. Team thinks their day is done.

Bourdais is going for it, quicker lap times than the leading Audi and now setting fast sector times. Both car pit though.

Milner has caught up with Melo now, the gap just a few tenths of a second. Marco Holzer, still third, is just a few seconds ahead of the two.

Really fast lap times in GTE Pro at the moment. Milner and Melo have passed Holzer and are now after Vilander, but all three are currently lapping the track in 4 minutes. 16 seconds between Vilander and the two cars behind him.

Vilander is having none of it and has just gained a couple of seconds on his rivals.

1:39 Danny Watts passes Matias Russo and takes the Strakka Racing HPD ARX-01d back into third place, before putting in a 3:44.820. Five seconds quicker than Premat on the last lap, the gap down to 36 seconds.

Another fast lap by Watts and another five seconds gone.

Vilander under four minutes around the track as Alexandre Premat comes in to hand over the Oreca #48 to Dominik Kraihamer. Can the young Austrian keep the Strakka Racing car behind him. Other than Olivier Lombard all LMP2 cars in for a stop.

1:52 Lombard remains on track and is setting faster lap times. As does Vilander.

Watts has passed Kraihamer and is in second position in the LMP2 category now.
